It's Gonna Be A  Showdown
The "Showdown in Titletown" Kicks Off Tonight

    The “Showdown in Titletown” tournament, which features five of the state’s top ranked teams, kicks off tonight in Appleton and in Madison.  Fond du Lac (5-10) hits the road for a tilt against Appleton United (6-7), while Catholic Memorial (11-5) travels to Madison for a match up between Madison Edgewood (10-5-1).
    
    Tenth ranked Catholic Memorial, will be with out their top blue-liner, senior standout, Cody Dixon, who is sidelined with an upper body injury.  The Crusaders will rely on a heavy dose of Kyle Fink, Anthony Soo Hoo and Kieran Gilbert for all three periods. 

    
    Madison Edgewood is coming off a convincing 7-3 win over honorable mention Monona Grove and is unbeaten in their last four games.  The Crusaders bring depth at the forward position and they are disciplined.  Special teams will decide the outcome here.
